MYSA Health and Wellness is a Nordic-inspired health club on the river at Teneriffe, built for people who train with intent and rest on purpose.

The Club

Six spaces, one standard.

MYSA brings a strength floor, a reformer studio, a heated yoga studio, a full recovery suite, private treatment rooms and a lounge together under one roof at Riverlight Quay. Everything here is built for the two halves of a good life: training with intent, then resting properly.

Physiotherapy, remedial massage and nutrition consults, right inside the club. Resident practitioners work from our treatment rooms. Book through the front desk or your app.

Training under the bar late in the evening

The club is yours at 2pm or 2am.

Smart access doors, well lit and monitored, mean the club opens for members any hour of the day or night. Our team is on site Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 7:30pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 7:00am to 2:00pm. Outside those hours, the club is still yours.
